Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lekki for a Human Resources Officer. The HR Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing HR operations, drafting job descriptions, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The role involves recruiting, onboarding new employees, performance management, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and creation/implementation of HR policies

• Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions and best practices

• Experience in Employee Relations and resolving workplace conflicts

• Skilled in Job Description Development for various roles within the organization

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations in Nigeria

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Professional certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage
