Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Executive at our office in Abuja. The selected candidate will manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, oversee employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. They will collaborate with management to support organizational goals, address workforce needs, and contribute to creating a productive and inclusive workplace environment.
Qualifications
• Comprehensive knowledge in HR Management and Human Resources (HR).
• Experience managing HR Operations and Employee Relations.
• Expertise in the development and implementation of HR Policies.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a professional team.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.
• Prior experience in similar roles, particularly in industries such as Real Estate, is an added advantage.
• Experience in HR software.
• Possession of relevant professional HR certifications (such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or related certifications) is required and will be considered an added advantage.
