Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and shift schedule compliance
• Coordinate staff training, development initiatives, and performance reviews
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and HR best practices
• Support payroll preparation by providing relevant staff data
• Drive employee engagement and welfare activities
• Assist in implementing HR strategies, systems, and procedures
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
• 2 years’ experience in HR or administrative roles
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, Nigerian labour law, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under minimal supervision
