They are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Human Resources Officer Location: Lagos Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and reference checks. Prepare employment documentation including offer letters and contracts. Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new employees. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee enquiries and HR-related concerns. Support the resolution of workplace issues in line with company policy. Promote positive employee relations and engagement initiatives. Assist in disciplinary and grievance processes as required.

Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management processes. Monitor appraisal timelines and documentation. Assist managers in tracking employee performance improvement plans.

HR Administration & Records: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases. Prepare HR reports, letters, and other documentation. Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and other HR metrics.

Ensure proper filing and documentation of employee information. Training & Development: Coordinate staff training programmes and learning initiatives. Maintain training records and evaluate participation.

Support organisational development and employee capacity-building initiatives. Payroll &

Benefits Support: Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data. Assist with administration of employee benefits and statutory remittances. Monitor probation confirmations, promotions, and salary adjustments.

Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with organisational policies and labour regulations. Support the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Promote adherence to workplace ethics and standards.

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) is an advantage.

Experience: 2 - 4 years relevant HR experience.

Experience in a school or structured organisation is an added advantage.

Skills &

Competencies: Good knowledge of HR principles and labour regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
