• We are recruiting a Human Resources Manager to build and manage a structured workforce that supports the organization’s operational and strategic goals.
• This role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, staff performance, policy implementation, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
• The HR Manager will also play a critical role in improving staff discipline, strengthening accountability, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing systems for performance management and staff development across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Develop and enforce HR policies
• Handle attendance, discipline, and staff welfare
• Implement performance management systems
• Manage payroll coordination
• Resolve staff issues and conflicts
• Drive training and development initiatives
Key Requirements
• 4–6 years of HR experience
• Strong understanding of labour law and HR systems
• Experience working in structured organizations is preferred
• Experience managing workforce operations in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Project Management is an added advantage.
