Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Kabuga. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. The role involves supporting the business with strategic and operational HR functions to ensure efficient workforce management.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations, including recruitment and workforce planning
• Experience in HR Management and the application of HR best practices
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Understanding of Employee Benefits structuring and administration
• Competence in Personnel Management, including conflict resolution and employee engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry or a related field is a plus
