**About Inflight Services**
Our Inflight Services team is comprised of talented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Virtual Assistant – Inflight Operations and Scheduling, you'll play a critical role in supporting our airline stewards and ensuring that our flights run smoothly and efficiently. Your contributions will be valued, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to making a difference.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Assistant – Inflight Operations and Scheduling, your key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating the movement of Inflight team schedulers at the framework Tasks Control Center
* Administering shift exercises of the Inflight Team Booking capabilities
* Arranging and communicating with other working groups within the NOC
* Ensuring legally binding agreements and planning practices are composed reliably and proficiently
* Capabilities as a contact with bases and different divisions with the NOC, empowering open correspondence and displaying collaboration through cross-functional working connections
* Maintaining positive associations with the airline steward association delegates
* Coordinating a group of senior schedulers and schedulers
* Creating representatives and supporting positive worker commitment
* Addressing Inflight Planning as a SME for authoritative IT, preparing and project drives
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Secondary School certificate or GED
* 4 years of Functional Administration experience
* 4 years of Planning Activities experience
* Strong ability to advance comprehensiveness, correspondence, and worker improvement
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Ability to read and write in English
* Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Legally authorized to work in the US for any business without sponsorship
* Effective completion of interview expected to meet work capability
* Reliable, reliable participation is a fundamental capability of the position
**Preferred Qualifications**
While the above qualifications are required, we also welcome candidates with the following preferred qualifications:
* 4+ years of Functional and Human Resources experience
* Inflight Group Planning experience
* Lead/Direct Group Schedulers
* Direct shift exercises of the Inflight Group Planning capabilities
* Arranges and communicates with different groups within the NOC
