Title: Customer Success Specialist(Cybersecurity) Overview

We are hiring a Customer Success Specialist for a cybersecurity company, with a strong focus on customer retention, expansion, and revenue growth. This role goes beyond support — you’ll act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring they maximize value from existing solutions while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the cybersecurity stack. Key Responsibilities

• Own post-sales relationships and serve as the primary contact for assigned clients
• Drive onboarding, adoption, and continuous usage of cybersecurity solutions (MSSP, SIEM, endpoint security, etc.)
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs, risk exposure, and usage gaps
• Partner closely with the sales team to close expansion deals and drive revenue growth
• Conduct regular business reviews to highlight value delivered and introduce additional solutions
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively mitigate churn risks
• Educate customers on emerging cybersecurity threats and recommend relevant solutions
• Work with technical teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and service delivery
• Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and pipeline for expansion opportunities Requirements
• 2–5 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within cybersecurity or IT services
• Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling, or revenue expansion in a B2B environment
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, SOC, MSSP services)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value ⸻ Nice to Have
• Certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or CISM
• Experience working with MSSP providers or cybersecurity vendors
