Overview
We are hiring a results-driven Sales Specialist with a strong background in cybersecurity sales, specifically Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) or security solutions. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who understands the cybersecurity landscape and can confidently engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for cybersecurity and MSSP offerings
• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including demos, negotiations, and contract execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, SMEs, and key decision-makers (CISOs, IT Heads, CTOs)
• Translate complex cybersecurity solutions into clear business value propositions
• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored security solutions for clients
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
• Stay up to date with industry trends, threat landscape, and competitor offerings
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses Requirements
• Proven experience in selling cybersecurity solutions, including MSSP services (e.g., SOC-as-a-Service, threat detection & response, vulnerability management)
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as network security, endpoint protection, SIEM, and cloud security
• Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively
• Self-driven, proactive, and highly results-oriented Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with cybersecurity vendors or MSSPs
• Familiarity with frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
• Existing network within the cybersecurity or IT decision-maker ecosystem
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+, or sales certifications) are a plus Key Success Metrics
