Job Description
Job Responsibilities

• Must be willing to travel interstate
• Conduct thorough client intake, including medical history, scalp assessment, and evaluation of symptoms.
• Assist in administering treatments such as PRP microneedling, LED therapy, and scalp detox procedures.
• Prepare, sanitize, and sterilize all tools, equipment, and treatment areas in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Educate clients on recommended products, aftercare routines, and personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress over time and promptly report any concerns or irregularities.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and treatment documentation.
• Schedule client appointments and manage follow-ups to ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines within the clinic.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
Job Requirements
• Minimum of a Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Esthetics, Trichology, Nursing, or a related field.
• Valid professional license or certification (where required by local regulations).
• Certification or training in microneedling, PRP treatments, or other advanced scalp therapies is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Ongoing professional development or continuing education in hair and scalp treatments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scalp health, hair care practices, and basic dermatological principles.
• Hands-on experience assisting with aesthetic or trichology treatments (e.g., microneedling, PRP, LED therapy) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to educate and build trust with clients.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Ability to monitor client progress and identify potential concerns or adverse reactions.
• Basic administrative skills, including appointment scheduling and inventory tracking.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on treatments.
• Must be willing to travel interstate.
