We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff/ Assistant Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in Concordia Hospital..
The Staff Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, coordinating with our healthcare teams, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Location: Igando, Lagos Nigeria.
Note; Must live around igando, ikotun and Egbada axis.
Do not apply if you do not live around those areas
Key Responsibilities:
A. Patient Care & Assessment:
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
• Monitor patient progress and report significant changes to the Doctor.
B. Treatment & Medication Administration:
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the Doctor.
• Ensure proper documentation of medication administration and patient responses.
• C. Collaboration & Communication:
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
D. Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic and paper formats.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and professional nursing standards.
• Report any incidents, errors, or safety concerns promptly.
