Job Summary • The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s travel and study abroad services.
• The role focuses on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across digital platforms, with the ultimate goal of increasing student applications and travel bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan campaigns to promote study abroad programs and travel services
• Identify target audiences and optimize marketing efforts accordingly
Social Media Management:
• Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories)
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly
• Grow social media presence and engagement
Lead Generation:
• Run campaigns to generate qualified leads for study abroad and travel services
• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Track and optimize conversion rates
Content Creation:
• Create compelling content including:
• Graphics
• Videos
• Blog posts
• Email campaigns
• Promote success stories, testimonials, and destination highlights
Website & SEO Management:
• Update and manage website content
• Optimize website for search engines (SEO)
• Improve website traffic and user experience
Campaign Performance & Analytics:
• Track performance of digital campaigns
• Analyze data and generate reports
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the admissions/sales team to align marketing with conversion goals
• Support promotional events, webinars, and campaigns.
