Overview
Crimson Oaks Partners is recruiting on behalf of a company seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Brand & Marketing to lead and manage the company’s branding and marketing portfolio. This role will drive brand awareness, growth strategy, and marketing initiatives while ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee campaigns, content creation, partnerships, and communications to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and growth strategies aligned with business objectives, using data-driven insights and market research.
• Lead brand management initiatives, ensuring consistency in visual identity, messaging, PR, and overall brand positioning across all channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and events to drive engagement and brand growth.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration, partnerships, product launches, and internal/external communications to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team while managing budgets, tracking ROI, and engaging key stakeholders to drive business growth.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
• Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in manufacturing or retail
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools
