• We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead who can take ownership of both revenue growth and team performance within our outdoor advertising business.
• This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond execution and is ready to lead, influence decisions, and drive commercial outcomes.
• You will not only shape campaigns but also guide the team, manage key client relationships, and identify new growth opportunities
Job Responsibilities and Roles
• Driving business growth by expanding client accounts and securing new opportunities
• Leading and mentoring the marketing team to improve performance and accountability
• Owning key client relationships and handling high-level negotiations
• Overseeing campaign execution to ensure delivery meets agreed standards and timelines
• Reviewing campaign results and ensuring clients receive clear performance insights
• Stepping in to resolve escalations and maintain strong client trust
• Working closely with operations to align strategy with execution
• Identifying new market opportunities, locations, and revenue streams
• Monitoring team output and providing regular updates to management on performance and pipelines
Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, or business development
• Prior experience leading or supervising a team
• Someone who is both strategic and hands-on
• A professional who understands how to drive revenue, not just run campaigns
• A natural leader who can guide a team while still delivering individually
• Someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results
• Ability to manage client expectations and close high-value deals
• Educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Direct exposure to business growth and decision-making.
