Brand & Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly strategic and creative Brand & Marketing Manager to lead our brand positioning and drive integrated marketing initiatives across our property technology firm. This role will be responsible for building a strong, differentiated brand, executing high-impact campaigns, and aligning marketing efforts with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead a comprehensive brand strategy, ensuring consistent positioning, voice, and identity across all touchpoints.
• Own and evolve the company’s brand architecture, guidelines, and storytelling framework.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, offline, PR, and events to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new developments, products, and services.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment between brand, marketing, and revenue goals.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality content and marketing assets (website, social media, campaigns, press, presentations).
• Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, optimizing the full customer journey.
• Conduct market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships, media relationships, and industry collaborations to enhance visibility and credibility.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficiency and strong return on investment (ROI).
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, using data to continuously improve results.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, preferably in real estate, PropTech, or a related industry.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, email marketing, analytics).
• Proven ability to develop and execute brand and marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience managing projects, agencies, or teams is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Epe (Lagos)
