Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Drive sales performance through targeted marketing initiatives and lead conversion.
• Manage, create, and oversee content for social media and digital channels.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Enhance brand visibility, positioning, and overall market presence.
Person Specifications
• Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
• Digital marketing and social media proficiency.
• Hands-on experience in content creation and content management.
• Strong brand stewardship and strategic marketing capability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, innovative, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
