Job Description
Role Purpose • The Head of Brand Marketing & Communications is a strategic growth leader responsible for building and scaling a high-impact brand and marketing function.
• This role goes beyond execution to own brand positioning, customer engagement strategy, and market visibility. The incumbent will position the business as a top-of-mind brand across all customer segments, while driving demand generation, brand equity, and long-term business growth through integrated marketing and communication strategies.
Strategic Mandate:

• Own and drive a multi-channel brand and marketing portfolio (Brand, Digital, Communications, PR & Campaigns)
• Build a scalable and sustainable brand growth engine beyond transactional marketing activities
• Establish the company as a top-of-mind brand within the food and hospitality ecosystem
• Lead market positioning, visibility, and customer engagement strategies
Qualifications and Requirements
• MBA or Marketing/Communications-related discipline is a plus.
• 7 years' experience in food, hospitality, retail, or service-driven industries
• Strong track record of building and scaling brands or marketing functions
• Demonstrated ability to drive impactful campaigns and brand growth
• Experience building structured marketing systems and processes from the ground up
• Commercially aware with a clear understanding of how marketing drives revenue
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels seamlessly
• Strong influence, creativity, and stakeholder management capability
