Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and growth-oriented individual to work directly with the CEO as a Marketing Manager & Executive Assistant. This role is a blend of marketing execution, strategic support, and operational assistance, offering a rare opportunity to learn how a company is built from the inside.

You will shadow the CEO daily, help translate vision into action, take ownership of key marketing initiatives, and support decision-making across the business. This role is ideal for someone hungry to learn, willing to take initiative, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Execution
• Plan and execute marketing activities across digital channels (social media, email, content).
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Coordinate campaigns for company products, launches, and announcements.
• Track marketing performance and prepare simple reports for review.
• Work with designers, developers, and vendors to execute marketing tasks.

Personal Assistance & CEO Support
• Work closely with the CEO to manage daily priorities and schedules.
• Take notes during meetings and convert discussions into clear action points.
• Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and commitments across teams.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and summaries for meetings.
• Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Strategy, Learning & Initiative
• Shadow the CEO in strategic discussions and decision-making.
• Research markets, competitors, and opportunities.
• Proactively suggest improvements, ideas, and solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and see them through to completion.
• Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Operations & Coordination
• Help organize internal workflows and communication.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and internal coordination when required.
• Assist with planning events, meetings, and product launches.
• Ensure execution aligns with company goals and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles.
• Ability to take initiative without constant supervision.
• Comfortable working directly with leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools quickly.

Nice-to-Have
• Experience with social media management or content creation.
• Familiarity with AI tools and tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, or similar.
• Background in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
