Role Summary
• We are hiring a strategic and performance-driven Marketing Executive / Marketing Lead to drive awareness, leads, customer acquisition and revenue for RLG Cosmetics.
• This role is responsible for planning and executing campaigns that generate qualified daily enquiries and profitable sales across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, offers and evergreen sales that drive demand.
• Drive qualified leads from ads into WhatsApp, Instagram DM and website
• Work closely with sales/customer service to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes
• Oversee campaign messaging, hooks, creatives and offer positioning
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for lower cost per lead and higher ROI
• Build growth strategies for customer retention, repeat purchases and distributor acquisition
• Lead brand awareness campaigns that align with RLG’s clean, safe, sensitive-skin positioning
• Coordinate content direction with the social media team
• Recommend promotions, influencer strategies and launch ideas that drive measurable sales.
• Oversee marketing team.
