Social Media Management
• Develop tailored social media strategies for each brand
• Plan monthly content calendars
• Create, edit, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement
• Track performance using analytics tools
Marketing & Brand Strategy
• Develop and deliver group-wide marketing strategies
• Oversee paid ads (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
• Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and seasonal activity
• Maintain and enhance brand identity & messaging
• Design marketing materials (flyers, graphics, banners)
Content Creation & Media Management
• Produce short‑form video, photos, and digital graphics
• Manage content shoots and editing
• Maintain company websites (updates, blog posts, SEO basics)
• Ensure brand consistency across all media
Cross‑Business Coordination
• Work closely with each business manager
• Prioritise workload effectively
• Provide monthly reporting across the group
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience in marketing, social media, and content creation
• Strong copywriting, visual, and creative skills
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite (advantage)
• Understanding of digital algorithms & trends
• Analytical mindset for reviewing performance data
Desirable Skills
• Paid ads management
• Website CMS (WordPress/Shopify)
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Experience scaling brand presence
