We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategies within the Oil & Gas sector in Nigeria. This role is essential for establishing a robust brand presence and capturing emerging market opportunities in one of the world's most dynamic energy landscapes.
In this position, the successful candidate will focus on identifying new business leads and cultivating long-term partnerships with major EPC contractors and industry end users. You will be responsible for promoting and supporting project sales for technical equipment, including valves and piping packages, while representing Elite Engineering at both local and international industry forums. Your expertise will directly contribute to our global expansion and the success of our international partnerships.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the Oil & Gas or EPC industry.
• Strong local market knowledge of the Nigeria region.
• Demonstrated business development and client management skills.
• Mandatory proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in selling technical products like valves and piping systems.
• Ability to manage complex project sales cycles and high-level negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and competitor activity.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally for client engagement.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
