Responsibilities
• Own and deliver regional revenue, volume, and margin targets
• Drive household, Enterprise, and retail LPG sales growth
• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with HQ strategy
• Identify new business and growth opportunities
• Provide leadership oversight for dealers and depot operations
• Ensure uninterrupted LPG supply and efficient distribution
• Enforce SOPs for refilling, cylinder handling, safety, and customer service
• Monitor KPIs: sales volumes, losses, downtime, and service quality
• Serve as the senior regional interface with regulators and community leaders
• Lead and develop regional management and field teams
• Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews
• Identify, in consultation with HR, training needs for operations, safety, and customer service and acquisition.
• • Build a strong, accountable, and values-driven regional culture.
Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• MBA or master’s degree an advantage
• 8–12 years total experience in sales, commercial, or distribution roles
• Minimum 4–6 years in a leadership role managing regional or multi-location sales teams
• Proven experience in one or more of the following sectors:
• LPG / downstream oil & gas
• FMCG distribution, telecom, Banking
• Logistics / last-mile delivery
• Demonstrated track record of:
• Driving revenue growth and market expansion
• Building and managing dealer/distributor networks
• Executing go-to-market strategies at a regional scale
