Zyngas operates large-capacity gas plants aimed at delivering an affordable, reliable gas supply to commercial and industrial customers.
Role Overview We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales & Marketing Manager with deep experience in the oil & gas (LPG) sector. The ideal candidate will drive bulk gas sales, build strategic customer relationships, and scale revenue across key commercial segments including hotels, restaurants, factories, and distributors.
This role requires a proven closer, a strong industry network, and the ability to deliver measurable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities Drive bulk LPG sales (B2B) to commercial and industrial clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (measured in tons sold).
Identify and onboard high-volume customers across target sectors.
Develop and execute market penetration strategies within Lagos and surrounding regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the LPG value chain.
Lead field marketing efforts and customer acquisition campaigns.
Promote Zyngas’ competitive pricing and supply advantages.
Develop sales pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer demand.
Provide insights to improve pricing strategy and customer acquisition.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and performance reports.
Provide weekly updates on deals, conversions, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements 6–7+ years experience in sales/marketing within oil & gas (LPG preferred).
Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals.
Strong network within hospitality, industrial, or gas distribution sectors.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and drive field sales activities.
Preferred Qualifications Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., NIMN, NAPE, SPE, CIM, etc.).
Experience working with or selling to bulk gas buyers.
Strong understanding of LPG supply chain and pricing dynamics.
Additional Requirements
Must present a portfolio of past sales achievements (clients closed, volumes sold, revenue generated).
Must be highly results-driven and performance-focused.
Compensation & Benefits ₦500,000 – ₦600,000 monthly salary
Commission per ton of gas sold
