Job Title: Sales Director, Oil & Gas Market (Nigeria)Job Responsibilities
Fully responsible for business development and in-depth market cultivation in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector. Leveraging the group’s factory production capacity and global supply chain advantages, deeply explore and maintain local customer resources; coordinate market development, customer expansion, business negotiation, order signing and full-process project follow-up, build and lead the local sales team, and efficiently achieve annual sales performance targets.
Job Requirements
• Familiar with major oil operators, large/medium/small oilfield service companies and local oil & gas equipment procurement traders in Nigeria, with complete upstream industry customer channels.
• Possess years of in-depth working experience in Nigeria’s local oil and gas industry, with mature and high-quality senior industry connections.
• Deeply understand the local market business ecosystem, oilfield project bidding processes and full equipment procurement procedures, with rich experience in local market operations.
• Have high-quality industry cooperation foundations and connections with Nigerian oil operators, EPC contractors and other relevant institutions.
• Possess rich experience in overseas sales of oil and gas equipment, familiar with equipment working conditions, on-site construction requirements and full project implementation processes.
• Fluent in English, with excellent business negotiation, customer development and business docking capabilities, able to conduct smooth cross-cultural communication.
• Strong awareness of market development, with the ability to independently operate regional markets and solve business problems.
• Possess professional team management capabilities, able to independently build and lead the local overseas sales team to improve team performance.
