Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team in Côte d’Ivoire. This is a full-time, on-site role located at our Ikeja office.
The Sales Account
Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients. The role also involves identifying and generating new leads, effectively communicating with customers, and ensuring sales goals are met. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored ICT solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Communication to identify opportunities and effectively convey solutions
• Experience in Customer Service to address client needs and ensure a high-quality service experience
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop detailed sales strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client challenges
• Fluency in French and English is highly advantageous for client communication
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in ICT or a related industry is a plus
