• In this senior role, you will oversee zonal managers, optimize distributor networks, and drive aggressive B2B and B2C growth for our seed portfolio.
• Your mission: Develop and execute national sales strategies to penetrate key markets, empower dealers, and secure high-value corporate farms.
• You will monitor competitor activity, consolidate market intelligence, and ensure seamless distribution from the capital to rural regions.
• This role requires a hands-on leader capable of traveling extensively to cultivate relationships, enforce sales plans, and achieve revenue targets nationwide.
Who You Are
• Proven experience in Nigerian agro sales, with existing distributor networks.
• Abuja based and willing to travel 50% of the time.
• Strong negotiator, self-starter, and skilled in CRM reporting.
