Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Present and promote company properties to prospective clients
• Conduct site inspections and property tours
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and market feedback.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• 2 - 3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Good knowledge of Akureand/or Lagos property markets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing.
