We are recruiting experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to drive sales growth across assigned territories. The ideal candidates must have proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and a strong track record of achieving targets.
This role reports to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage assigned territory including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
• Deliver product detailing and scientific presentations
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and reports
• Ensure compliance with NAFDAC regulations and ethical marketing standards
• Participate in sales meetings and product training
Requirements/Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical company (Mandatory)
