Location: Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria.
Job Type: Entry-level, Hybrid (Minimum 1 day on-site; flexibility required for events, weekends, and public holidays)
Salary: ₦70,000 base + commission (High performers can earn ₦100,000–₦150,000/month)
Duration: 6 months (1-month probation)

We deliver worldwide and are expanding rapidly, building a passionate team of Fashion Sales Associates to drive sales, client acquisition, and brand visibility across Lagos.
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and proactive Fashion Sales Associates to join our growing retail team. In this role, you will:
• Engage customers both in-store and online
• Drive sales through excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Support pop-ups, activations, and marketing events
• Help maintain an attractive, organized, and high-performing hub floor
This is an excellent opportunity for students, NYSC corps members, or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in fashion retail, sales, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
• Proactively identify and onboard new customers, clients, and partners
• Sell fabrics, trimmings, tailoring materials, customization services, jewelry, and ready-to-wear pieces
• Engage fashion designers, creators, stylists, tailors, boutiques, and sewing enthusiasts
• Drive both in-person and online sales (storefront, pop-ups, visits, DMs, WhatsApp, calls)
• Recommend products based on customer needs and confidently close sales
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer acquisition targets
Customer Experience
• Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and professional customer interactions
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge (fabrics, trends, new arrivals, core stock)
• Track and convert leads into paying customers
• Monitor customer feedback and sales insights
Events & Activations
• Execute pop-ups and fashion-related events and achieve event-specific sales targets
• Actively approach passersby and convert interest into sales
• Assist with merchandising and visual presentation at events
• Promote brand awareness and drive business growth
Operations & Merchandising
• Maintain an attractive, well-organized hub floor
• Ensure products are correctly displayed, labelled, and priced
• Monitor stock levels and report fast-moving or low inventory
• Receive, unpack, tag, and replenish stock
• Contribute creative ideas for displays and merchandising
• Work closely with teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Perform other related tasks that support sales and operational goals
Performance Expectations
• Monthly targets will be reviewed and may evolve as the business grows
• Success will be measured by: new customers onboarded, monthly sales targets met, event sales performance, customer retention, and contribution to overall hub performance
Requirements
Essential
• Some experience in retail, fashion, sales, marketing, or customer service (advantageous but not compulsory)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
• Confident, friendly, and comfortable approaching new people
• Interest in fashion, textiles, or creative industries
• Willingness to work at pop-ups, events, and physical activations
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
• Currently living in Lagos and able to commute easily to Surulere
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining professional relationships
Desirable
• Experience in styling, or fashion content creation.
Performance & Evaluation
Performance and targets will be reviewed monthly and may evolve as the business grows.
• Number of new customers onboarded weekly/monthly
• Monthly Sales Targets met
• Pop-up/event sales performance and brand representation standards
• Customer retention and repeat purchase engagement
• Contribution to overall hub performance and operational targets
