• The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within Benin and surrounding areas.
• Execute sales strategies and promotional activities effectively.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and market insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in local sales, preferably in Benin City.
• Must be resident in Benin City.
• Experience in the home appliance industry is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Good understanding of the local market and distribution channels.
