About the Role
We are seeking high-performing Tech Sales Executives to drive adoption of our AI-powered Corporate Travel & Lifestyle Operating System across key Nigerian markets.
You will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, selling subscription plans and upsell licenses, and closing high-value B2B deals.
This role requires strong consultative selling skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pipeline Development & Lead Generation
• Identify and target mid-size and enterprise corporates.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Drive territory growth within assigned city.
2. Consultative Selling
• lead, conduct and manage product demos and discovery sessions.
• Understand client travel volume, governance needs, and compliance requirements.
• Position subscription plans and license bundles appropriately.
• Present ROI-driven value propositions to Finance, HR, and Operations leaders.
3. Revenue & Target Ownership
• Close subscription deals (Starter, Growth, Elite tiers).
• Upsell additional licenses and enterprise features.
• Drive annual contract commitments.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
• Build relationships with CFOs, Admin Heads, Travel Managers, and Procurement.
• Collaborate with Product Enablement and Implementation teams for onboarding.
5. Market Intelligence
• Share feedback on product gaps and pricing sensitivities.
• Support go-to-market refinements.
Requirements
• 2–6+ years experience in B2B tech sales, SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or travel tech.
• Proven record of closing subscription-based deals.
• Experience selling to corporates (100–5,000+ employee companies).
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline reporting.
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Lagos, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, or Abuja.

Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦600,000.00 per month
