• Role Overview*
The Regional Sales Manager (West) will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading regional sales activities to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Key Responsibilities*
1- Sales & Revenue Management
• Preparation of monthly sales forecast for the region and allocate the same by depot and
sales team members
• To achieve the set revenue and tonnage targets set by the company
• Develop & implement sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and growth.
2- Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field & showroom sales representatives
• Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews and provide feedback to the BTM
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance
3- Market & Competitor Analysis
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive products and activities and new product
development.
• Regular market visits either by self or with team members to understand and report on
various market dynamics as stated in point an above.
5- Distribution & Supply Chain Management
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and distribution
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishments
6- Reporting & Communication
• Sales Performance Reports – Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales data by product category,customer region and sales representative.
• Sales Forecast Report- Monthly and weekly projected sales volumes.

• Key Requirements*
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years’ sales experience in FMCG or related industrial sectors
• Proven track record of achieving regional sales targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing distributors and key accounts
• Ability to travel extensively within the Western region
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
