Job Summary



• The Project Manager – MEP will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing MEP projects, from planning and execution through testing, commissioning, and final handover.

• The ideal candidate must possess a strong MEP background with proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects within scope, time, and budget.



Key Responsibilities



• Lead and manage all MEP project activities from initiation to completion

• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies

• Ensure project delivery within approved timelines and budget

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams across all project phases

• Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards

• Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment

• Oversee testing and commissioning of MEP systems

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders

• Ensure smooth project handover and close-out



Requirements



• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Mechanical, Electrical, or related field

• 8–12 years’ experience in MEP project management

• Proven track record managing large-scale MEP projects

• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

• Solid understanding of MEP systems, drawings, and technical specifications

• Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure
