Job Description
We're seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of new site developments—from concept to handover. If you thrive on structure, precision, and turning plans into reality, this is your opportunity.
You'll:
• Lead development of acquired sites to brand standards & specifications
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and consultants for seamless execution
• Develop scopes, work plans, and track progress against time, cost & quality KPIs
• Review & approve architectural proposals, drawings, and technical submissions
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and risk mitigation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and statutory regulations
Ideal Profile:
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• ARCHITECTS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
• 4–6 years' experience in project/site development (QSR/FMCG a plus)
• PMP/PRINCE II certification is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Pay: ₦600,000.00 - ₦700,000.00 per month
