Competencies:

Solid leadership and commercial acumen

Proficient in Project Management and relevant engineering design software.

Good knowledge of design and construction management

Excellent communication skills (speaking, listening, and writing)

Excellent planning capabilities and highly organized

Effective resource allocation.

Requires careful attention to details

Excellent interpersonal relationship, influencing, and persuasive skills

Systemic thinking, numeric and analytical

Proficient with MS Office applications – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Resilient and comfortable working from any location such as construction sites and in theoffice

Requirements: BSc & MSc Civil Engineering

Must be COREN/ NSE registered

Minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience and must have worked consistently

for five years

Good leadership and management skills

Good personality: firm, assertive, upright and straight forward person

Very good knowledge of the subject matter

Demonstrable & verifiable experience managing multiple projects PMP certification is

an added advantage.

Salary 400-450,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦450,000.00 per month
