Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
• Set project timeline, oversee infrastructure development activities, and integrate sustainable development practices.
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Promote smart city initiatives and resilience planning, and consider environmental and social impacts.
• Mobilize accurate, reliable urban development and infrastructure information through remote sensing, geographic information systems (GIS), and other modeling tools.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Project Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in project, infrastructure, or urban development projects.
• Masters degree is required, and a professional certificate is an added advantage.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, technical, and organizational skills
