Job Summary
Passron Enterprises Limited is seeking a high-performing Project Manager with a strong Quantity Surveying and commercial background to lead the delivery of multiple high-value projects across its expanding portfolio. This includes the development of a fertilizer blending plant, CNG infrastructure, and other strategic industrial and energy initiatives.
The role requires a commercially astute and execution-driven professional with a proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end, with full ownership of cost, contracts, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Delivery & Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects across construction, industrial, and energy sectors, ensuring delivery in line with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Commercial Management & Cost Control: Take full ownership of project commercial performance, including cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and enforcing disciplined cost control across all project phases.
• Procurement & Contract Management: Drive contractor sourcing, negotiation, award, and administration of contracts, ensuring optimal commercial outcomes and risk allocation.
• Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, consultants, and regulatory stakeholders, to ensure seamless and efficient project delivery.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks while ensuring full compliance with regulatory, HSE, and quality standards.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide structured, data-driven reports to executive management on project progress, financial performance, risks, and key milestones.
• Governance & Process Improvement: Establish and continuously strengthen project governance frameworks, controls, and execution processes across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8–12 years’ experience delivering large-scale projects, with at least 5 years in a senior project or commercial leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-value projects across construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, or energy sectors.
• Strong expertise in cost management, commercial strategy, contract negotiation, and project controls.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Experience in industrial or energy-related projects such as fertilizer plants, gas, or CNG infrastructure is highly advantageous.
