Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to support and enhance our people operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and driving initiatives that support employee engagement, performance, and organizational growth.

This role requires a candidate who is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding

• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases

• Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook

• Support performance management processes, including tracking productivity and addressing performance concerns

• Coordinate employee training, learning, and development initiatives

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements

• Handle employee relations matters, including queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes

• Assist in drafting contracts, agreements, and other HR/legal documentation

• Collaborate with management to support organizational development and strategic HR initiatives

• Monitor and report on HR metrics and workforce data

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• A degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) is an added advantage

• Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant HR experience

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and compliance requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

• Experience working in a remote or tech-driven environment is a plus
