Job Description
· Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and hiring.

· Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent and ensure the organization’s staffing needs are met.

· Lead the development and implementation of employee training programs.

· Ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and career growth.

· Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and mediating disputes.

· Promote employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.

· Create and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and best practices.

· Ensure that company policies are communicated effectively and followed across all departments.

· Ensure the company’s HR practices comply with labor laws and industry regulations.

· Manage all aspects of compliance, including documentation, audits, and policy updates.

· Lead the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.

· Work with department heads to manage performance issues and implement improvement plans.

· Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair packages.

· Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

· Contribute to organizational growth by aligning HR strategies with business goals.

· Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.

· Analyze HR data and metrics to track performance, turnover, and employee satisfaction.

· Provide regular reports to senior management on HR activities and outcomes.

· Manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

· Collaborate with department leaders to align HR practices with overall business strategy.

Requirements

· Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations skills

· Knowledge of labor laws and compliance

· Experience in developing HR policies and procedures

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Organizational and problem-solving abilities

· Proficiency in HRIS systems

· Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

· At least 8 years post-NYSC experience, at least 5 of which must be in an HR-specific managerial role.

· Experience in the Manufacturing environment is critical

· A Master’s degree and relevant HR certification and memberships such as C.I.P.M is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦900,000.00 - ₦1,500,000.00 per month
