Job Description
Job Title: Junior HR/Admin Officer (Performance Management Focus)

Location:
Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type:
Full-Time

Compensation:
₦300,000 – ₦400,000 net monthly

Role Summary

Supports core HR and administrative functions with a strong focus on performance management, employee documentation, and operational HR processes. The role ensures structured execution of performance cycles, accurate HR records, and alignment between employee output and organisational expectations.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the performance management cycle (goal setting, appraisals, reviews, and feedback tracking)

• Maintain and update performance records, scorecards, and employee evaluation data

• Coordinate performance review schedules, documentation, and reporting

• Assist line managers with performance tracking, improvement plans, and documentation

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance files

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline

• 1- 3 years’ experience in HR or HR/Admin roles

• Demonstrated exposure to performance management processes and HR operations

• Confidentiality and professional judgment

• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination
