Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic HR Manager with strong expertise in performance management to join our team in Lagos (Onipanu).
This role is ideal for a professional who can design, implement, and drive performance systems that improve employee productivity, engagement, and overall business results.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage the company’s performance management framework
• Lead performance appraisal processes (KPIs, OKRs, reviews, and feedback systems)
• Partner with department heads to align individual goals with business objectives
• Identify performance gaps and develop actionable improvement plans
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity initiatives
• Oversee disciplinary processes and ensure compliance with HR policies
• Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related matters
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for strategic decision-making
• Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with strong focus on performance management
• Proven experience designing and implementing performance management systems
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Nigerian labor laws
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage

Remuneration: ₦350,000 – ₦450,000 Monthly
