Job Summary The Entry-Level HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports the delivery of HR consulting and advisory services to assigned clients or internal business units. The role focuses on implementing HR processes, supporting employee lifecycle activities, assisting with policy execution, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional looking to gain hands-on experience in HR advisory, employee relations, recruitment coordination, and HR operations while working closely with senior HR leaders.
Key Responsibilities
HR Advisory & Business Support
● Support assigned clients with day-to-day HR needs and inquiries
● Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and frameworks
● Provide guidance on basic HR matters such as leave management, employee relations, and workplace conduct
● Escalate complex HR issues to the Head of Consulting
Employee Lifecycle Management
● Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
● Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation
● Assist in offboarding processes, including exit documentation and handovers
● Track employee movements, confirmations, and status updates
Recruitment Support
● Assist with job descriptions and job postings
● Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
● Support communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
● Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates
HR Operations & Administration
● Maintain accurate HR data, reports, and employee files
● Support payroll input preparation
● Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR compliance requirements
● Ensure proper documentation of HR activities and processes
Policy Implementation & Compliance
● Assist in implementing HR policies and SOPs
● Ensure employee adherence to company policies and procedures
● Support compliance checks and basic HR audits
● Identify gaps in HR processes and escalate for improvement
Training & Development Support
● Coordinate training sessions and learning activities
● Track employee participation and feedback
● Support preparation of training materials and documentation
Reporting & Documentation
● Maintain HR trackers (recruitment, onboarding, leave, etc.)
● Prepare basic HR reports (weekly/monthly) for review
● Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
● 1–2 years of HR experience (internship or NYSC experience acceptable)
● Exposure to HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations is an advantage

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
