Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Lead HR strategies for recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Manage labour relations, compliance with Nigerian laws, union negotiations, and factory-specific issues like Health, safety, and shift operations.
• Drive payroll, benefits, training, and data-driven HR initiatives to align with production goals.
• Collaborate with executives on change management, diversity, and succession planning.
• Manage Regulatory and other Government agencies and ensure strict compliance
Requirements
• Bachelor's in HR, Business, or other related studies, with professional certification like CIPM, SHRM, and strong communication skills.
• Over 12 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 7 years in senior leadership (e.g., Head of HR) in manufacturing/factory settings/ FMCG/ Structured Organization.
• Proven track record managing over 1,500 staff, with expertise in labour management and industrial relations in Nigeria.
• Factory experience essential; knowledge of blue-collar workforce challenges required.
• Ability to work from Sagamu.
