Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ibadan for a Human Resource Outsourcing Executive. The responsibilities include managing outsourced staffing operations, ensuring compliance with labor policies, maintaining client relationships, and supporting payroll processing. The role also involves coordinating with clients to meet their workforce needs, resolving employee-related concerns, and preparing HR reports for management. The position requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional HR solutions.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and outsourcing processes
• Strong understanding of HR strategy, policy development, and compliance
• Experience in payroll administration and workforce training
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
• Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in Nigeria
• Proficiency in HR software and data-driven decision making is a plus
• Previous experience with HR consulting or HR outsourcing is a strong advantage
