Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) is responsible for promoting and selling the bank’s financial products and services to prospective customers. The role involves active field sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management to drive revenue growth and expand the bank’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and networking
• Promote and sell the bank’s products (e.g., savings and current accounts, loans, cards, digital banking services)
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and requirements
• Assist customers with account opening and ensure proper documentation (KYC compliance)
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Follow up on leads and ensure closure of sales opportunities
• Represent the bank professionally at all times and adhere to regulatory guidelines
Requirements
• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline
• 3-5 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (banking experience is an added advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage
• Must be energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented
