EXPERINCED CREDIT OFFICERS

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Experienced Credit Officers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and marketing our loan products, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring timely loan disbursement and repayment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and recruit new loan customers

- Promote the Bank's loan products

- Conduct field visits, market storms and community engagement

- Meet assigned monthly loan disbursement target

- Evaluate and process loan applications

- Conduct thorough interviews with loan applicants to assess financial position repayment capacity and risk exposure

- Monitor and manage loan portfolio to ensure timely repayments

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Requirements:

- Minimum of OND/HND/BSC in Banking Finance, Business Admin, Economics or any related field.

- 5-7 years experience in Microfinance or Commercial bank

- Strong marketing and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in the field and meet targets

- Strong integrity and ethical standard
