Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing/Social Media Officer to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales for our real estate projects.
The ideal candidate must be website-savvy, skilled in design, and able to manage online campaigns effectively.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and optimize content across all social media platforms
Website Management: Update website content, ensure SEO optimization, and manage landing pages for lead generation
Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design high-quality visuals, brochures, flyers, and engaging social media graphics using tools
Paid Ads & Campaigns: Plan and manage social media Ads, and other paid campaigns to generate leads
Email & Online Marketing: Develop newsletters, email sequences, and Online broadcasts for client engagement
Lead Generation & Nurturing: Optimize digital strategies to attract, convert, and nurture real estate leads
Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for improvement
Influencer & Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and media to boost brand reach.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales & marketing) to identify digital marketing needs, gather requirements, and develop compelling marketing materials and content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing messages across all online and offline channels.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a related field
Bachelor's Degree
Must be Proficiency in website management
Must Have Strong graphic design skills using and Experience with video editing tools
Must have Hands-on experience with social media Ads
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive lead generation strategies.
