Role Description The Head of Marketing and Sales is a full-time, on-site role located in Abuja. In this leadership position, you will oversee the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities include conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns, crafting strategic market plans, and driving sales initiatives. You will also manage public relations efforts, foster client relationships, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications Proven expertise in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and developing strategic initiatives to drive business growth
Strong experience in Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
Exceptional Sales skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
Proficiency in Public Relations, including stakeholder engagement and maintaining a strong brand presence
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and strategic decision-making abilities
Experience in the consulting industry or with African-owned businesses is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are considered an asset
