Job Description
Responsibilities:
• This role is responsible for leading the organisation's analytics strategy, building of team, and platforms to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide analytics vision and roadmap.
• Align analytics initiatives with business strategy and digital transformation goals.
• Foster a data-driven culture across the organisation and multiple business units.
• Manage teams of data analysts, data scientists, BI developers, and data engineers.
• Build and scale analytics capabilities, tools, and best practices.
• Oversee the development of predictive models, AI/ML solutions, and statistical analysis as per business use cases, and deliver as per commitment.
• Drive segmentation, demand forecasting, churn prediction, and fraud detection.
• Develop enterprise dashboards and self-service BI solutions (e. g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Deliver actionable insights through KPIs, reports, and executive briefings.
• Ensure training for the nominated business champions as per the trainer plan.
• Collaborate with Data Governance and IT for data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Partner with business leaders to identify analytics opportunities, develop plans, ensure timely implementation, and drive the performance of the team.
• This role oversees the development and delivery of advanced analytics, business intelligence, and predictive modelling solutions that drive business performance, customer insights, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Requirements:
• Required core skills: Power BI / Fabric / Power Automate are basic skills required.
• Working on tools and technology a little above these.
• AI / ML / Data engineering / Data Science.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), data warehousing, and ETL pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, big data frameworks (e. g., Spark, Databricks).
