• Proficiency in Team Management and Team Leadership to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement client-focused strategies
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
